Dee Woolridge - Host of Higher Realm Talk Radio Show​

Dee Woolridge, is an interfaith minister, spiritual counselor, Reiki Master/Teacher, and owner of Quintessence Aromatherapy and Crystal Healing Studio in Carrollwood. Her focus is on wellness for the mind, body, and spirit through the practice and use of essential oils, gem stones and crystals, and universal light energy.

Dee has been a caregiver for 22 years to a daughter with autism and is now part of the sandwich generation with an aging mother to whom she gives care. Her need for a more balanced life sparked her interest in alternative health methods when her daughter was just two years old. She has studied and is certified in various modalities of alternative healing and intuitive practices.

Dee is a 27 year military veteran and is completing her last few years as a Navy Reserve Pubic Affairs Officer where she has devoted countless hours of community service to cities and countries around the world. During her years of service, she began to grow spiritually- searching for a deeper meaning to life. Many of her spiritual teachers include: Dr Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Louise Hay, Doreen Virtue, Debra King and many others.

As she let go of old thought patterns, and beliefs, her life became more fulfilled, and abundant, and she is now the co-creator of her own destiny. Dee Dee shares this knowledge by helping others reach their full potential through spiritual awareness. She is the founder of the North Tampa Spiritual Insights Group. She is also a popular teacher of meditation, and other intuitive development classes around the Tampa Bay area. As a result of her work, Higher Realm talk radio show was born.​

Higher Realm talk show is as a platform to promote mind, body, spirit wellness through spiritual education. It aims to raise the consciousness and vibrations of those who seek to live a fulfilled life in God's light. The show is not religious but is spiritually based with acceptance and non-judgment of all religions, beliefs, and practices that are positively based in love and light.

Kim Linder - Host of The Caregiver Hour Talk Radio Show​
​
Kim Linder is the founder and CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) of Senior Holistic Living, LLC. She has been helping family caregivers for the last 12 years create balance in their lives as they face challenges and struggles with their caregiving roles. As a Marketing Director and Executive Director of Assisted Living Facilities in Florida, Kim has empowered caregivers to make more conscious decisions so they can take care of themselves while caring for loved ones. Her expertise and deep concern for caregivers have inspired her to host The Caregiver Hour, a weekly radio show on Clear Channel 1250AM WHNZ every Monday from 11am to Noon EST where she empowers listeners and provides them with resources, information and guidance from a wide variety of guests.
Now Kim has included The New Age of Caregiving Symposium, an innovative all-day event devoted to professional and family caregivers to her expanding business. The purpose of the Symposium is to encourage all caregivers to experience how to create the balance in their lives to reduce stress, burn-out and fatigue by using an integrative approach to wellness and being. From her personal caregiving experience she incorporated meditation, journaling, aromatherapy, Reiki, yoga and nutritional supplements to battle her "caregiver" imbalance.

As a Caregiver Coach, Kim's in-depth personal and professional caregiving experience helps families from all over the United States deal effectively with their caregiving concerns and questions. Her resourcefulness, understanding of people, and keen sense of humor provides caregivers the tools, guidance and comfort they need while on their caregiving journey.
Kim has been an active member of Better Living for Seniors for 10 years including Vice President and Board Member, Florida Council on Aging, National Council on Aging and founding member of Professional Speakers Bureau of Tampa Bay.
