The law of attraction is the name given to the belief that "like attracts like" and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from pure energy, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy. Find out how to focus your thoughts on things that you want, and bring them into your life to create the abundance you deserve.​​

As important as calming your mind is to your mental health, exercise, relaxation, and a healthy diet also play a key role in your well being. Our bodies are wondrous creations that support us through life. Learn some simple and effective techniques to honor your body and give it the care it  deserves for you to live a harmonious life.

There are many reasons for meditation and many ways to practice. Meditation with a defined reason or "conscious intention" can make the difference between struggling through every minute of a difficult situation, or getting into a flow which makes the situation manageable, maybe even enjoyable. Conscious intentions are self-statements that focus your energy and mobilize your will. They help you engage reality proactively, rather than reactively.

Many of us go through life, pushing and trying to take charge of everything and sometimes control everyone. Fear is what makes us control freaks. Fear is a lack of trust in ourselves or others. We don’t trust that we’re being taken care of on a higher level, so we feel we must control everything from the physical level. Learn some tips and techniques for letting go of the attachment to the outcome. See how freeing this can be to your life and to your soul.
